Each Planning Data Hub subscription is for the business named on its workspace and the named people working for that business. Separate companies need separate subscriptions. Do not share your password, sell access or pool a subscription with unrelated businesses.

Every person needs their own login. An unexpired invitation reserves one place. Cancel unused invitations in Your team. Any additional allowance must be agreed with support before it is enabled; we will not charge for extra users automatically.

Invite people from your business

The workspace owner confirms that each invited colleague works for the same business. Use their business email. Different-domain addresses, personal email accounts and contractors need individual staff approval. An approved email does not create an extra user place or cover another business.

Two signed-in sessions per person

You can stay signed in on two browsers or devices, for example a laptop and phone. Signing in elsewhere ends the oldest other session. View and end sessions in Your account. Browser profiles and private windows count as separate sessions; tabs sharing the same browser login do not.

Frequent session replacements can be reviewed by staff. They are not treated as proof of sharing. We record a browser/device label, session times and access changes to operate these controls; these changes do not add IP-address or location tracking. Staff can review access changes from the last 90 days.

Sales demonstrations

Approved sellers with a confirmed booking may use our separate, read-only demo. It contains a small sample adapted from genuine Hampshire records, with identifying details removed. Source dates and statuses are retained accurately; the sample is not a live lead list. George or Rafe can demonstrate real coverage and freshness by screen share. Staff issue a private booking code and the current weekly password individually. Never forward these details or post them in group chats. Prospective clients watch a screen share; access to real data requires their own business subscription.

Demo sessions expire after 30 minutes or when the booking ends. The shared demo is limited to 30 record views per minute and 300 per day, including records in lists. Demo activity, record identifiers, times and IP addresses are logged for 30 days and reviewed for misuse. Unusual activity can end sessions or pause access. These additional IP controls apply to the restricted demo.
